Wow! 2020!
Isn't it crazy how time just flies by and gets away from us? Here it is February of 2020. Where did 2019 go? Oh well, nothing we can do about last year, but we sure can get busy and make sure 2020 is the best year ever. When it comes to fitness goals, there are many different reasons people have for getting healthy. Some like to set weight loss goals for various reasons. (fit in to favorite clothes, better health, look great for that wedding or class reunion) Others, need to set goals for something a little more high stakes to keep them motivated like a Ragnar race, triathlon, marathon, bodybuilding contest, etc...
Whatever your reason and whatever your goal, it is always helpful to have a good support group. Take a second and post what your fitness goals are for 2020. What is your plan and why? You might even find someone with the same goal that can offer expertise and support.
